- Ghee. Oh that sweet, sweet, it’s almost butter – but magically without the dairy – goodness.
- Avocado. Guacamole on carrots? Tomatoes? Burgers? Chicken? A spoon? Yes, please!
- Potatoes. Red ones, white ones, sweet ones, small ones, big ones, if it’s a tuber, it’s allowed. No stinky ketosis (anyone remember that from Atkins?)
- Tea. A caffeine source I can drink without copious amounts of sweetener and creamer, aka, God’s gift to my mornings, afternoons, evenings…
- Mayo. Whole30 Mayo, to be specific. Use NomNom Paleo’s recipe. Heavenly, homemade mayo that can transform into a variety of sauces and dips and reinvigorate that chicken!
