What is Whole30? Whole30 is a 30-day food challenge that will help you identify foods that negatively impact your health, discover unhealthy attitudes or relationships you have to certain foods, and banish food addictions (like sugar).
What do you know about Whole30, Alden? I’ve finished two rounds of Whole30. My first was completed in February of 2015, and the most recent round finished on February 9, 2016. Between official rounds, I’ve stayed between 60-95% Whole30 compliant, depending on the week. I’ve picked up lots of tips, tricks, and helpful information during this time, and I want to share them!
